Our caring and compassionate multidisciplinary team delivers a broad range of child-elder survival programs and services at no cost to our clients. We provide both on-site and community outreach services. Through effective case management, our clients and their support networks are able to access a continuum of services to meet their needs.Our social workers engage in biopsychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions and coordination of plans of service in ways that build on individual and family strengths. In addition to our health care team, we utilize the talents and efforts of volunteers whose roles are invaluable in enriching the lives of families we serve.
